A series of six educational motion graphics videos produced for the European Commission’s eTwinning program. This initiative promotes collaboration between schools across Europe, and my role was to give visual life to these concepts.
This project required translating institutional messages into friendly, engaging, and clear animation, ensuring that complex information resonated with an international community of teachers and students.

I joined a new production team specifically for this assignment, tasked with handling the full animation pipeline for a six-video series. Starting with technical scripts and voice-over tracks, I was responsible for visualizing the narrative, ensuring the motion graphics aligned with the established eTwinning brand identity while maintaining a dynamic flow.
The main challenge was rapid integration and interpretation. Stepping into a new team environment meant quickly adapting to an existing workflow while establishing trust. Creatively, the challenge lay in «visual translation»—taking a rigid technical script and audio and generating imagery that was not just descriptive, but visually additive. I had to ensure a consistent rhythm and visual language across all six episodes, treating them as a cohesive family of content.
My goal was to maximize educational clarity. The animation needed to be accessible and universal, transcending language barriers where possible. I aimed to turn static information into a fluid visual journey, using smooth transitions and clear iconography to keep the viewer’s attention focused on the core message of collaboration and exchange.
The result is a clean, professional series of animated videos that successfully serve the European Commission’s educational goals. The project demonstrated my ability to deliver high-volume, consistent quality within a new team structure, proving that effective motion design is key to institutional storytelling.
